Since I was little at school, I realized I had a knack for drawing. During my childhood in France, there was a neighbor who drew comics, I showed him my drawings and he was the one who encouraged me to pursue an artistic career. I started using painting as a form of expression in 1990. My time in France and the United States of America gave me the inspiration that only spaces like these, with open mentalities, could produce. My works have hidden meanings in the painting, I classify my painting as abstract expressionist. I use oil paint, acrylic and some mixed media. My painting is the combination of games of colors and shapes that fill the eyes of the beholder. I participated in more than 150 solo exhibitions, Portugal, Spain, France, Holland, Belgium and the USA. Since 1992 I have held more than 70 group exhibitions. I am represented in several Museums, private collections and also mentioned in Art books.
