Among his notable contributions are the Labyrinth of Leon at the Alzheimer's Foundation in León, Mexico, the stone labyrinth in Passau, Germany, the House of Two Chimneys in Santa Rosa, Argentina, the Transparent Staircase and the Courtyard Labyrinth in Málaga, the Cube in Ostend, Belgium, and the Monument to the Unknown Migrant, created for the Tijuana Art Triennial, Mexico, in 2021. In addition to his artistic practice, Ernst Kraft is the author of literary works. In 2015, he published the children's story "Paco Pulpito", featuring his own text and illustrations.
