The artist was inspired by the landscapes, with all the blue of the Ria and the Heaven, from the cities where he dwelt, Aveiro, Figueira da Foz and Ílhavo. He began his career as an illustrator and caricaturist for several newspapers and magazines, having from the 1970s, dedicated to painting. Throughout his artistic career he exposed in Portugal and in other countries and worked with various techniques such as painting, sculpture, ceramics, among others. He produced several public works, one of the best known, tiled panels at the University of Aveiro. ver menos
